Daniel Juan Riera is an Attorney and graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB). He has more than ten years of professional experience on Mallorca and is particularly specialized in construction and planning law, administrative law, and real estate law.
During his professional career, he advised private individuals, companies, national and international law firms, legal departments of large European companies, and hotel groups with investments in the Balearic Islands. His work includes, in particular, construction and administrative law proceedings, the legalization of properties, permits, approvals, and concessions, as well as complex real estate and tourism projects.
He holds the additional university qualification Specialist in Construction and Planning Law and Regional Planning, as well as a further specialization in the legal framework for tourist holiday rentals. His advice combines in-depth knowledge of the Balearic legal and administrative environment with a practical, personal, and solution-oriented approach.
Today, Daniel Juan Riera leads LKC Legal Advisory in Spain, combining his local expertise with the international orientation and professional network of the LKC Group.
